Led by Jennifer Rego, a seasoned L&D leader with over seven years of specialized experience in high-growth SaaS environments, Yenifer LLC is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and performance through innovative Learning and Development (L&D) solutions. 

Jennifer firmly believes in the power of learning to enhance employee engagement and performance. Her approach is rooted in a deep belief that adult learning principles and accessibility should be incorporated into all learning and development, ensuring that each training program not only meets educational standards but also engages learners in meaningful and impactful ways. 

Prior to founding Yenifer, LLC, Jennifer held various strategic roles for leading technology firms including Airship, Cloudability, Apptio and, most recently, Director of L&D at Zone and Company Software Consulting. She has developed over 100 tailored training initiatives, implemented employee, partner and customer learning portals, achieved an impressive 85% employee training participation rate, was instrumental in aligning L&D initiatives with corporate strategies, and managed cross-functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile responsiveness. While working at Fidelity Investments, Jennifer successfully trained over 100 new hires through intensive, six-week, full-time, in-person programs. These programs focused on preparing new Premium Services representatives by covering company culture, multiple proprietary software systems, industry policies, and delivering world-class customer service. As the Director of Operations at Gemisphere, Jennifer led the implementation of NetSuite and developed comprehensive user training for all departments, including Sales, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Finance, and Shipping.
