Jennifer Rego is the founder of Yenifer LLC and a senior enablement and Learning & Development consultant with deep experience at the intersection of business operations, systems, and learning.

She brings over 13 years of NetSuite-specific experience and more than 20 years of business experience spanning Financial Services, Corporate Finance, SaaS operations, NetSuite administration, and Learning & Development. Jennifer holds an MBA (Finance concentration) from Bentley University and has led enablement and learning initiatives at high-growth companies including Zone & Co, Apptio, and Cloudability.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has designed and scaled training and enablement programs that accelerate readiness, improve adoption, and reduce time-to-productivity. Her work has included building structured onboarding and enablement journeys, creating clear user documentation for complex systems, and partnering with leaders to align learning efforts with real business needs.
